A historic farm and event venue set in the natural beauty and relaxed elegance of rural Virginia.

The First Annual Cedar Mountain Workshop for Wedding Planners

We know the struggle is real: You are already busy with wedding clients. But ever since the beginning of 2018, you've had the feeling that this is your year to really expand your business. When you're stuck in the weeds of planning for clients, contacting vendors and writing timelines, it's difficult to expand your skills and take everything to the next level.

That's why we created the                Cedar Mountain Workshop

The Cedar Mountain Workshop is a half-day workshop for wedding planners in the Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. areas. The workshop will take place at The Farm at Cedar Mountain, a newly renovated wedding venue located in Rapidan, VA. Five years ago Camilla Strongin and her husband moved from Arizona to Virginia to launch their dream of owning a farm. After house and farm renovations and raising some adorable farm animals they are ready to welcome their first weddings and events in 2018!

At the workshop, classroom style lectures with industry leaders will be combined with hands-on activities for you to learn tangible skills to implement in your future weddings. Additionally, the workshop includes breakfast, lunch, and opportunities to network with other attendees, instructors, and speakers.

We've partnered with some of the best in the wedding world to bring you a workshop that covers all of the facets of the industry.

When: March 24th, 2018

Where: The Farm at Cedar Mountain, Rapidan, VA

Time: 9am to 3pm

The Cedar Mountain workshop brings together the leading specialists in the D.C. area. Our experts have been in the wedding industry for decades and are ready and willing to share their knowledge with our attendees.
